With more than 20 years of experience in community and hospital mental health settings, I provide care that is trauma informed and client centered. I combine my training in Brain Spotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experience to offer a holistic approach tailored to the unique needs of the individual. With advance training in Trauma Focused CBT, suicide prevention, and working with chronically suicidal and self-harming individuals, I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for all.
